Great service went far and beyond her duties issues with roof repair we went extended steps for this sale to come thru, the fee was very useful, contact was fast and accurate. promptly respond to my requests, even issues come out unexpected she was able to resolve, very informative during the process until closing date, it was present in the closing date, one last issue came out and it was resolve, the importance of the realtor being present at closing turn out to be crucial

Just closed on the third property Kathy has sold for us. All three went extremely well. Kathy has demonstrated her extensive knowledge, skills and work ethic in all three (including doing an open house on Mother's day last year!). She handled a complicated 1031 exchange sale, an elderly friends home which needed sprucing up (Kathy knew who to call), and found a good buyer quickly in today's slower market.
